My name is Penelope Adams; I am a proud mother of, without a doubt, the best son in the world. I work in a 9 to 5 job as an office administrator to make money to support my reading habit.
According to my mother, I have been reading since before I could actually walk. That might be an exaggeration but since I can't remember a time I didn't love to read, I'm going with it. I don't have a favorite genre or author, all books are good to me. I'm fascinated with history and love to travel and have been fortunate enough to get to combine the two interests and see many places around the world. My other interests include, exploring the ocean, photography (both above and below the water) and anything that takes me outdoors.
A geeky guy with a passion for politics, history, and science fiction, Bruce Denney has been involved in science fiction and fantasy fandom since his college days back at University of Oklahoma in the late 1970s. A chemist by degree, a systems analyst by experience, Bruce has been known as a “computer whisperer” by people who have watched him work. His reading passions include David Weber’s “Honor Harrington” series, the C.S. Forrester “Hornblower” series, and Kim Harrison’s “Hollows” series. He’s also into Firefly, Dr. Who, Supernatural, and True Blood. He married Charlayne Elizabeth Denney after a whirlwind six-month romance in 1993 and they combined their vast libraries, which now take up three rooms of their Houston-area house.

My name is Tasheka (aka SweetT). I guess my greatest accomplishment to date is my education which includes a BS in molecular biology, an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and an MS in Speech and Language Pathology. I’ve worked as an English Teacher (in the US and in Mexico), a Biology Teacher, a Copy Editor, and a Health Inspector just to name a few positions I’ve held. I currently work as a speech-language pathologist in a school system in the Atlanta, GA area.
I’ve always loved reading for as long as I can remember. When I was in grade school, I devoured books. I still have the certificate I got for reading the most books in my elementary school. Back then, it didn’t matter to me whether they were fiction or nonfiction books. In junior high, I got addicted to science fiction and fantasy books probably due to the fact that I grew up watching Star Trek and other sci-fi shows with my late father. Somewhere around that time I was also introduced to the romance genre, but I didn’t like it as much as sci-fi and eventually stopped reading romance by the time I was in high school. Then, about two years ago, I discovered paranormal romance. I’ve been hooked ever since. The combination of romance with sci-fi and/or fantasy makes it the perfect genre for me. I read other genres too, but paranormal romance is currently my favorite. My interest in this genre allowed me to meet others on Amazon discussion forums who shared this interest. This eventually led to me becoming a member and later a reviewer for the Paranormal Romance Guild.

I am Gloria Lakritz/ aka grammy, and I am the Chairperson and Senior Reviewer for the The Paranormal Romance Guild. I am a reader of all genres and I love everything written. My excitement a few years ago, in meeting a group of Small Published and Indie writers on Amazon, had put me on a course to have them form a group for the benefit of their field. Here we are today, a little over 1 yr old and 50 strong. I am proud of them, and I think that we can grow and help all who dare to dream!!!

I am a married mother of four with two dogs and a mouse named Rolo. Obviously, I need to read to hide away from real life when I can. :-) I am a freelance writer and web designer and I specialize in content building to increase website traffic. I have been a huge reader from the day I read my first book. I read anything I can get my hands on but romance has always been a favorite and when I found paranormal romance, I was hooked. My public library can't keep up with me. I am the only one in my family that has such a huge interest in reading so I turn to the internet to share my enthusiasm for the written word and the books I read. I love to share a good book with someone and I hope I can help other people find the joy and peace that reading has brought to my life.
Hi! My name is Brianna Lee and I LOVE to read and review books! I consider myself a bibliophile…books are my addiction! I am a 24 year old, single, full-time Mom and Auntie, and I love to read in my spare time (which is pretty much only when the kids are sleeping!). I review books as a way to release all my book energy – sometimes I just have to talk about it! Also, I really enjoy helping authors and fellow readers with my honest opinion. As long as I can remember, I have been an avid reader; my family would read to me as a baby and soon I was reading to them. I remember absolutely loving R.L. Stine’s “Goosebumps” series as a kid! Now, I love all kinds of books but fiction is my favorite; specifically, Paranormal/Urban Fantasy and Contemporary Romance. I enjoy reading Adult, Young Adult, and Mature YA books. I also love blogging about everything book-related and have my own Book Blog. I am very excited to become a member of the PRG Review Team!
Well, after spending a lifetime working in or with the military, I finally had made enough money to sit back and do as much (or as little) as I wanted to, and since I had always been an avid reader, the jump to making it one of my major pastimes was easy.
I have traveled all over the world, been to the top of the Eiffel Tower and to the Devil’s Anvil in Saudi Arabia, been on top of the highest mountain in the Middle East and the lowest in the USA. No complaints here.
I have read many different genres over the years but stumbled into Paranormal Romance/Urban Fantasy after many years of reading mostly books in the Fantasy genre. Found out I liked books that did not spend pages and chapters telling the color of grass and the feel of a rock, I wanted a good story about people of action and passion that did not always end up in some tragedy. I have been married (somehow) for 30+ years and have 3 daughters and one son (presently in the Mideast working for the military…runs in the family).
To be honest, other than reading and doing those myriad tasks that come with owning a home, I spend a bit of time honing my weapon skills. I always felt that people should be able to defend themselves, but people that did not take the time to get skilled in weapons were a danger to people around them. I go to the range and take my daughters most of the time (and my son if he is in country) so they do not fall into that category of victims who did not know how to defend themselves.
I was born in Massachusetts, raised in Alaska, and now call Arizona home. Three years in the greater Phoenix area convinced me, with a vengeance, that I am not a big city girl! Now my husband and I are raising our son and daughter in the mountain town of Flagstaff, AZ. The thousands of acres of pine forests that surround our home are similar enough to Alaska to keep me content.
I recently graduated from Northern Arizona University with my BA in English. I hope to one day head back and earn my Masters.
I have been an avid reader my whole life, and fiction is my true love. As a kid I devoured Anne McCaffrey and Piers Anthony, though nowadays I am enjoying more literary fiction. My most current reads are an eclectic mix—short stories by Tobias Wolf, paranormal romance by Gena Showalter, and literary fiction by Brady Udall.
I am an aspiring writer and have had several short stories published. My New Years Resolution for 2013 is to submit, submit, submit! I plan to rack up those rejection letters and hopefully scream with joy to a few acceptance letters as well.
Trail running is my exercise of choice, and I am lucky enough to live in a place that is surrounded by hundreds of miles of Forest Service roads and cattle trails. The freedom of pounding down the rocky roads with only my thoughts and my two big dogs for company is an absolute necessity for me. It is my escape from the demands of motherhood, as well as a great time for brainstorming. I have had some of the best ideas for stories pop into my head while I am huffing and puffing down a trail.
I am very excited to be a new member of the PRG review team, and I look forward to reading great new fiction by up-and-coming as well as published authors!
I am an avid reader the mother of 3 sons and grandmother to seven grandchildren. Since retiring I have been doing more reading while volunteering as a CASA worker. CASA is an organization that works with the family court system to ensure that children are in the best living situation. There are way too many children that get overlooked in the foster care system and I visit homes and make visits to the parents. I was born and raised in New York and my husband of 50 years and I live in Upstate New York.

Andrew Valentine lives and writes in New York. He has a masters degree in psychology from the New School for Social Research, and is a marketing director in a direct marketing firm, where his writing is more effective in producing revenue than pulse-pounding thrills. He is also on the board of the Paranormal Romance Guild.

I am 50, the Director of Finance for a Nonprofit agency in Atlanta, and a voracious reader. Being one of the ten native Atlantans still here, I grew up in the northern burbs and am still a Southern Gentleman .
I read almost anything, and in the past year have discovered m/m romance, and have gotten into many of the fine authors that write in that genre. I alread read tons and tons of scifi/fantasy/horror and paranormal books of all types.
In my spare time, I am a good country cook, listen to almost any kind of music, and spend way too much time on Facebook tormenting writers.
Well, I was born and raised in Elmira, New York. Joined the Air Force in 1981 where I was trained in Technical support in high secure facilities. I was stationed in Berlin, Germany for 2 ½ years at Tempelhof AirBase. It was an amazing experience. After leaving the military, settled with my first husband in his native Northern New Jersey home. Had one daughter together, Jessica, who is now 28. Divorced first husband and met my current husband, Jeff, in 1995. Married in 1996 and had our only child, Michael, in 1997. We lived in New Jersey for a couple years but decided Pennsylvania is where we wanted to be (where he is from). This is where we have been ever since. We will be celebrating our 27 years together in August.
I have been an avid reader since I was young. I bought my first set of Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys sets at a yard sale when I was 6. I’ve been hooked ever since. I read all genres in writing, but most enjoy Paranormal Romance and Adult Romance.
I believe I can give honest reviews of books that are being written or have been published. I don’t go overboard on criticism but feel that pointing things out in a friendly venue is the way to go. After all, these writers put a lot of time, effort and even blood, sweat and tears into their writings. They give up a lot in their lives to do what they love to do. The least we can do is them the respect they deserve for all the hard work they put in.
I am trying my hand at pen to paper with a little encouragement from some writers that I call friends. It might take me forever, but as long as I accomplish what I have dreamed of doing, that is all that matters.

My name is Sandy Wolters. I am an author and blogger. My genre of choice is contemporary romance and romance/suspense/thriller, both with a ghostly paranormal twist. Nothing beats a good romance, especially when those you love and have lost come back to assist you in unexpected ways when you need them most.
I host a blog called Sandy's Spotlight that I introduce fabulous authors to avid readers every other Friday. I provide information about the author and a book review for the featured book. Starting mid December 2011, I will host a book discussion to run simultaneously with the author and book that is appearing on Sandy's Spotlight for readers to interact with the featured author. No invitation needed! Everyone is welcome to join in.
