Tidewater is a modern city on Washington State’s coast and it is where Elias has been surfing since a child. Elias loves the water and has become a part of the ocean and the dolphins that swim next to him each morning while he surfs.
One day he meets an artist Theo who he commissions to do a mural in his bedroom, a mural capturing the dolphins and ocean the way he envisions it. He also has his eye on Theo a sexy man who rings all his bells.
This was a very short story and although I enjoyed it I felt it needed more. It is very hard to really capture a story when it is very short but the author did do a good job of getting me to like both main characters.
