Flight attendant Maxwell Lewis has spent years cultivating a bon vivant image only to find he finally wants something more—and that something more includes the never-does-repeats game designer Gibson Henry.

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Maxwell Lewis is proud of the life he’s made. Having turned tragedy into triumph, he’s now a beloved member of a Target Airlines cabin crew with more than his fair share of attention both in the air and on the ground. But lately he’s wanted something more than the occasional hook-up or sometime sex buddy—particularly after meeting game designer and passenger Gibson Henry.

Talented and driven, Gibson has built a company ready to be the next big thing in gaming. Devoted to his work, he takes onetime pleasures where he finds them and never does repeats…which is what he tells handsome, sexy Maxwell Lewis after a little mile-high flight attendance. But a chance encounter in a London club is about to change things forever. Two men, one who’s flown solo and another who’s only ever played alone, are about to find that at some point all games come to end, it’s time to bare your heart and try for love.

Trapped in my home during Florida’s Hurricane Irma; Sept 2017, I have been a captive audience in a need to ‘get away’. I think the three books I have read in these few days, have done right by me, taking me out of a nightmare, away from the fear and turmoil of IRMA.

We originally met Maxwell in Suit Yourself as he was Oliver’s in town hook up before Oliver met Leslie. In Flying Solo we meet Maxwell after we read the heart-breaking Prologue. In chapter one the reader enters the world of Maxwell now, a sexy, good looking flight attendant working with Target Airlines. He loves to travel, loving his job. Now, at this time in his life, coming home to his empty apartment, something seems missing. Someone special to come home to.

Gibson Henry is a geeky game developer. He and his best friend Jack have started their own business and are working hard to develop one game at a time to make their company a household name.

Gibson traveling on Maxwell’s flight has his mile-high card out as he flirts and swishes Max into the plane’s rest room for a test dive. The adorable gamer is someone Max would like to see again and after the plane lands, Max is given the brush off hearing that Gibson ‘Never does Repeats.’

The author draws us into a riveting story, a second chance meeting, the thought that these two young men could make a life together takes on a solid, sexy heart driven story.

Stunning and sexy as hell Max, so wounded by his humble beginnings finally finds solid ground with the adorable steady Gibson. I loved the way these two managed to find their way.
