Ahhhh so fun, in this ohhh to short story!! Brandon Witt has matched two not quite over the hill opposites in a Happy Holiday treat.

Our “Curmudgeon” Samuel Phipps is 56 years old. He lives in his deceased parent’s old house with plenty of land and wildlife as his friends. His reclusive life has led him to be quite the hermit. With his only gripe the person who bought the land next door to his parents built the house within walking distance…..not a mile or two away Phillips aloneness has taken on a barrier around him.

Our “Free Spirit” Raymond Webber who is 67, a flower child, loving no clothes and a joint or two to relax is going to be quite a culture shoch to our Grinch.

Brandon has given us a look into two men that hare in the last third of their lives, where one sees only being alone, and the other is waiting for his next adventure. The story is adorable, and heartfelt and I want to know if Samuel liked the brownies!!!
