This short almost Prequel is just the beginning of the story! Gideon Joy, decided on a cross country trip would solve his life problems. . After leaving California in a beat up car, he had reached New Hampshire when he hit a moose on a country road, the car spinning out hitting another car. Uggh, his car was totaled and the other driver, Silas Bright’s vehicle was damaged badly…
With only a handful of money, he learned the value of the good people of a small town helping a stranger. Silas brought him to Lancaster, which was so small, he could walk everywhere. The eatery needed a hand and the local B&B worked out a billing arrangement. Silas however was another story.
This adorable story has our author introducing us to the landscape for this series and it isfun to watch Gideon and Silas relationship grow….I am so happy to see the next book is available….Color of You is next
