I have been reading Regan Blacks stories for over 10 years. My home library has her books on numerous shelves. Everytime I read one of her books during the year, I think
“Wow, this author takes me ‘away’ as soon as I start reading page one and mesmerizes me with her words.
Regan’s smooth writing, good story and great romance, is held together with crisp easy style that has you at The End groaning at its loss. The World that our author has begun features wonderful wounded young men, coming out of the military needing to find their next home and start another chapter of their lives.
That’s where Agency’s opening up in different parts of the country by men who understand and allow their brothers to find a place where they still can protect and beat away some of their nightmares.
Logan is Book #9 in this series, coming back to where Logan knows, Charlestown, SC. Choosing that area from his best memories, and his best friend Allison Weaver.Allison has never failed to send a letter or a Christmas card during his service, and Logan is thrilled to see her again.
Allison is teaching, single, pretty and easy on the eyes. But no moves are made…..He doesn’t want to spoil their friendship. Well things do change, as they both fight the attraction and the ex of Allison’s who is causing trouble…. Best to have friends in high places…. Logan to the rescue.
