Dabria is a death consultant and her newest client, Samuel Gardiner, has given her a list of five names, potential clients with multi-million dollar pay outs upon their death. He wants to know what the life expectancy is for these five people before he insures them.

One of the names on the list is a Hollywood tycoon named Maxiumus (Max) Remo, and he is the only one out of the five that Dabria can’t get a handle on. When Max makes an unexpected visit to Dabria’s home, she learns who and what he is, and he is someone her father had always warned her about.

This was not a long story and it would be very easy to give away spoilers, which I do not want to do. Who Dabria, her father and Max truly are, are the basis of the entire story, so I will not reveal that information. I will say that Dabria’s dad disappears, Gardiner is not who he claims to be, and she and Max find themselves in Africa with the fate of the world in trouble. We also meet this adorable six or seven year old little boy Adisa, who is very instrumental in the outcome of keeping darkness from descending upon the world.

This book will filled with surprises, suspense, betrayals and good against evil. This novella will be part of an anthology which will be available between August and November 2017 and proceeds will go to charity.

I recommend this novella and can’t wait for the anthology if this book was any indication of what is to come.
