The epic conclusion to the Sedona Pack is coming, and the stakes couldn't be higher...

Jett Kendrick has one last mission: to save the Sedona Pack and all werewolves from being exposed to the world as monsters by their own government. The debilitating psychic power he gained from the military’s super soldier research is now their last chance at safety. He’s weary, but more than ready to meet the task.

Instead, he meets Hope Hanson.

Hope has spent her life training for this moment, for the day the monsters came for her father, Senator Hanson, but she had envisioned a war, not this sexy solo warrior with battered determination in his eyes. Since Hope was a child, she could call lightning with her mind, but the deadly gift might not be enough to protect her from the secrets her father has hidden away.

Secrets that forged Jett into the solitary hunter he’s become.

When Jett discovers the woman hunting him is his one true mate, he’ll be forced to face dark decisions in order to protect shifters across the globe. Maybe this time fate has finally made a mistake, because loving her isn’t an option. Jett’s on a collision course with destiny.

Love and salvation were never part of the deal...

This is the last book in the Sedona Pack series, a series I have read from book one and a series I love. I know that all good things must come to an end but it is still sad. Fortunately, the end also brings us Jett Kendrick’s story a character that has appeared in other books in the series but a character who always stays in the background. Now the light finally focuses on Jett the sole survivor of the Codename Wolf project a project that left his twin brother dying in his arms and left him with the ability to control minds.

His mind controlling ability is why he is in Washington, D.C. Senator Hanson is on the verge of releasing information on the existence of werewolves which would endanger all shifters and all the young children. Jett’s mission is to get into the senator’s mind and make him forget everything relating to werewolves. The senator is well aware of Jett’s arrival and is sure he is there to kill him which is the last thing he and the pack want. Jett knows that this is a suicide mission because each time he controls a mind a part of him dies but he is alone and willing to do whatever it takes to protect his pack but he could never have expected what would happen when he runs into Hanson’s daughter, Hope.

Hope is aware of the danger her father is in and is determined to help but her father is totally against her even remaining in D.C. All her life her father has kept her sheltered afraid that her ability to control lightening would come to light. She is convinced her ability to call on lightening could save her father and destroy the werewolf sent to kill him. Tired of always being coddled she manages to capture Jett and brings him to her home in Boston for answers, and those answers will shake her world.

Jett’s world is also shaken when he discovers that Hope is his mate and that there is no future for them. Fate can be cruel because now that he has a reason to live, he still needs to stop the senator and death is his future.

Jett and Hope’s futures hang in the balance as well as the future for werewolves. As much as it saddens me that this is the last book in the series, I am also happy to get Jett’s story and hope for a HEA.

Love this series and if you haven’t read it there is no time like the present to start. Romance, secrets, sex and amazing characters what more could you ask for.
